All forms that you will require for your CD appointments this season. I have changed what i can from PDF to .doc (Word) files as this seems to be the prefered format. Captains reports on umpires will not need to be handed out this season as the captains have an online form to fill in on this web-site. Also please note that there is a new expense claim form, these are now forwarded to CDCUSA for payment -not to the home associations. Please Forward these to The Secretary, Jim Ussher,40A Waterhouse Street, Napier, or email to jim-ussher@xtra.co.nz.

CD Exchange Umpires 2011-2012
“Congratulations to Darren Thomasen who has been selected as this season’s NZCUSA Exchange umpire and will stand in Northern Districts Fergus Hickey Tournament in Taupo for three days in November.
Darren follows in the footsteps of fellow Nelson umpire John Bromley who umpired at this tournament two years ago.
The exchange scheme is funded by a grant from NZCUSA to each major umpires association.”
